Mitsuvi Om Malik, a Clinical Psychologist, realised after spending countless hours with people suffering from anxiety, depression, panic attacks, relationship difficulties, emotional dependency, and fear that while psychotherapy can be immensely helpful, it sometimes feels incomplete.

Most psychological approaches define the mind as the primary reality through which human experience is understood. But what about the soul and the Atman spoken of in the Bhagavad Gita? Where does one find it? How does one experience it?

During her own search for those answers, she explored various theories and therapeutic approaches, while also reconnecting with the spiritual influences that had always been a part of her life.

A question repeatedly arose within her: "If I work with these emotions every day, why am I still struggling with them myself? Is there something more that I am missing?"

In search of that answer, she returned to the practices that had brought her peace as a child — chanting the Hanuman Chalisa, making flower garlands for the Goddess, and spending time in her grandfather's temple.

While exploring different approaches, she gradually found herself drawn towards the wisdom of Tantra. It was here that many of the questions she had struggled with for years began finding meaningful answers.

Manamveda emerged from this exploration. It is a space for those who wish to explore consciousness through the lens of both inner experience and ancient wisdom traditions, while remaining grounded in a sincere inquiry into the nature of human suffering and transformation.
